Tonia teaches bead-making classes at Society for Creative Anachronisim (SCA) events. The next classes will be offered as first come, first served at:

Thursday July 10th

Afternoon - Open Bead - open seat, people will rotate on torches. $10 covers up to one hour for gas and glass Prerequisites: 18yrs or older. Closed Toe shoes. Please wear natural fibers. Hair tied back.

Friday July 11th

9-11am - Beginning/Basic Bead Making - Class Limit: 7. Cost: $10 - Learn how to make glass beads using the lamp working method. Prerequisites: 18yrs or older. Closed Toe shoes. Please wear natural fibers. Hair tied back.

11-12pm - History of bead making - Bead Q&A/Demo - no cost Come listen about the history of bead making, touch historic recreations, ask questions and and enjoy a demonstration.

6:30-8:30pm - Beginning/Basic Bead Making - Class Limit: 7. Cost: $10 - Learn how to make glass beads using the lamp working method. Prerequisites: 18yrs or older. Closed Toe shoes. Please wear natural fibers. Hair tied back.

Saturday July 12th

11-12:30pm - Level 2/Advanced: Dots and basic/twisted stringers - Class Limit: 7. Cost: $10 - Prerequisites: Must have taken Beginning Bead and feel comfortable making a basic bead without supervision. 18yrs or older. Closed Toe shoes. Please wear natural fibers. Hair tied back.

1:30-2pm - Discussion: At home kit/Upgrade your kit - No Cost
